The author must sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement, transferring copyright of the article from the author to the owner of RSM before the paper is published. 
Note: The signed copyright transfer agreement returned to the editorial office should be in PDF format, or a scanned version, or a photograph.

Author rights

For open access publishing, RSM uses an non-exclusive licensing agreement. Authors will transfer copyright to the owner of RSM, but will have the right to share their article in the same way permitted to third parties under the relevant user license, as well as certain scholarly usage rights.
