Every article published in the journal of experimental technology and management should be its first publication. To ensure the author's right of authorship and intellectual property, all authors are required to sign the Copyright Agreement.
The author (copyright owner) of the paper agrees to publish the above-mentioned paper in the journal Experimental Technology and Management, and voluntarily transfers the copyright of the paper to the editorial department of Experimental Technology and Management for free worldwide. The relevant issues are clarified as follows:
The author of the paper guarantees that the paper is an original work and does not involve academic misconduct such as confidentiality or multiple submissions. In case of infringement or leakage of information, all responsibilities shall be borne by the author of the paper.
All authors agree to transfer the entire right of reproduction and dissemination of the entire paper, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, broadcasting, performance, translation, compilation, adaptation, and other intellectual property rights, to the journal.
The author of the paper guarantees that there is no dispute over the authorship of the paper. If there is a signature dispute, the responsibility shall be borne by the author of the paper.
Author Services: To assist authors in their research, learning, creation, and publication, this journal and related licensing platforms provide a series of services to authors. The relevant services shall be subject to public disclosure on third-party platforms.
Any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement by both parties shall be resolved through consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the journal.
This agreement requires the handwritten signature of all authors and shall come into effect from the date of signature. After signing the agreement, the electronic version of the agreement needs to be uploaded to the submission system.
