For the single article, Authors will retain copyright alongside scholarly usage rights, and KeAi Communications Co., Ltd. and China University of Petroleum (Beijing) will be granted non-exclusive publishing and distribution rights.

This journal is a peer reviewed, subsidized open access journal where China University of Petroleum (Beijing) pays for the publishing costs incurred by the journal. Authors do not have to pay any Article Processing Charge or Open Access Publication Fee. Peer review under the responsibility of China University of Petroleum (Beijing).
