PEndodontics:
Xiongqun Zeng is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". His areas of responsibility include endodontic disease and periodontal diseases. He is the Director of the Department of Dentistry and Endodontics of the Stomatological Hospital, Southern Medical University; Chief Physician; Master's degree advisor; and Director of the Internal Medicine Base for Standardized Training for Resident Physicians. Shuguang Liu is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". His areas of responsibility include orthognathic surgery ,oral and maxillofacial-head and neck tumors, sequential treatment of cleft lip and palate. He is the Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Stomatological Hospital, Southern Medical University; Chief Physician; Professor; Doctor; and Master’s degree advisor. He has been a visiting scholar at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Niigata Dental University and the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the University of Michigan. He specializes in orthognathic surgery for dental and maxillofacial deformities, surgical treatment of oral and maxillofacial-head and neck tumors, sequential treatment of cleft lip and palate, and the functional restoration of oral and maxillofacial defects. Xiuwen Luan is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". His areas of responsibility include oral and maxillofacial tumors. Zhaoqiang Zhang is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". His areas of responsibility include alveolar surgical diseases and dental implantation. He is the Deputy Chief Physician of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Stomatological Hospital of Southern Medical University; and Master's degree advisor. From 2011 to 2013, he was a visiting scholar at Michigan Technological University and Case Western Reserve University. Chenrong Xu is an editorial board member and academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". Her areas of responsibility include periodontal disease , periodontal regeneration and periodontal aesthetic surgery. She is the Deputy Director, Chief Physician, and Ph.D., Department of Periodontics, Stomatological Hospital, Southern Medical University. Minjie Li is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". Her areas of responsibility include orthodontics and biomechanics in orthodontics. She is the Doctor of Orthodontics of the Stomatological Hospital, Southern Medical University; and attending physician. She graduated from the School of Medicine of Jinan University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in stomatology, graduated from the School of Stomatology of Wuhan University in 2013 with a master's degree in orthodontics, and graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Hong Kong with a doctoral degree in orthodontics in 2017. Shaobing Li is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". His areas of responsibility include edentulous jaw implant restoration and reconstruction. He is the Deputy Director of the Implantology Center of the Stomatological Hospital, Southern Medical University; Chief Physician; and PhD. He specializes in minimally invasive painless implantation, immediate implantation, aesthetic design and reconstruction of anterior implants, edentulous jaw implant restoration and reconstruction, computed-guided minimally invasive implantation, complex soft tissue augmentation and bone augmentation surgery for dentition defects. He is a member of the Chinese Stomatological Association and Implant Association, member of the Guangdong Medical Aesthetic Association, member of the International Team for Implantology, and executive director of the ICOI. Xueyang Zhang is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". Her areas of responsibility include dental implant complications. She is the Dean of the Stomatological Hospital (Shunde Branch), Southern Medical University; Chief Physician, Ph.D., and Director of the Stomatology Center of Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University; Deputy director of the Temporomandibular Arthrology and Occlusion Association of Guangdong Province, and member of the Standing Committee of the Periodontology Association of Guangdong Province. Donghua Guan is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". Her areas of responsibility include bone tissue engineering, fixation for various dentition defects and missing dentition and removable denture restoration. She is the Deputy Director of the Department of Implant Restoration, Stomatological Hospital (Haizhu Branch), Southern Medical University; Chief Physician; and Ph.D. In 2008, she graduated from the West China School/Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University, with a Ph.D. in Stomatology. She has extensive clinical experience. She is a member of the second council of the Guangdong Stomatological Association, a member of the Association of Stomatology Education of the Guangdong Stomatological Association, and a member of the Stomatology Branch of the Guangdong Plastic and Cosmetic Association. Her main research direction is the development of bone tissue engineering scaffolds and the application of computed-guided technology in dental implantation and restoration. Liben Xie is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". His areas of responsibility include fixed denture restoration and removable denture restoration. He is the Deputy Chief Physician of the Department of Dental Implant Restoration, Stomatological Hospital, Southern Medical University; and Ph.D. He graduated from Peking University School of Stomatology, majoring in prosthodontics. With more than ten years of clinical work, he has extensive experience in diagnosis and treatment and has gone abroad for training many times. He is especially proficient at implant restoration, fixed denture restoration of tooth defects and dentition defects (including various crowns and fixed bridges, adhesive restorations, and cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth), and removable denture restoration (including complete dentures, attachment dentures, etc.). Yong Shi is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". His areas of responsibility include prosthodontics and implantology. Wenxia Meng is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". Her areas of responsibility include oral mucosal diseases and precancerous lesions. She is the Deputy Director of the Department of Periodontal Mucosa, Stomatological Hospital, Southern Medical University; Ph.D.; Chief Physician; and Doctor of Medicine. She is a Graduate Supervisor and Undergraduate Teacher at Southern Medical University, mainly engaged in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of various oral mucosal diseases and chronic periodontal disease, especially the screening of difficult oral mucosal diseases and precancerous lesions. Pediatric Dentistry:
Hong Qian is an academic editor of "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases". Her areas of responsibility include dental diseases in children. She is the Deputy Director of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of Stomatological Hospital, Southern Medical University; Chief Physician; Ph.D.; and Master's degree advisor. She is a pediatric stomatology specialist with extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of dental diseases in children. Zijing Yang is an academic editor of statistics for "Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases", responsible for reviewing the statistical issues in manuscripts. In 2018 and 2021, she graduated from the Department of Biostatistics, School of Public Health, Southern Medical University, with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Medicine, respectively. Her research direction is biostatistical methodology research.
