Please click on the word “Submit Manuscript” in the navigation bar at the homepage and enter “Author Account Log In” page. Read the information about how to register for an account.  Upon successful registration, you will be sent an e-mail to verify your registration. And then you may login to the system as Author to submit your manuscript and track its progress. Also you may login to the system as Reviewer to view and/or download manuscripts assigned to you for review or submit your comments to the editor. In addition, you may unload Template, Copyright Transfer Agreement.

If you want to change your username and / or password as well as other information, please login to the system and click the “modify personal information” button to modify it.
