1. Fees and remuneration：The publishing funds of our journal are allocated by the superior department, and no manuscript processing fees and layout fees are charged at present. If your article is accepted, the author's copyright royalties and the publication's remuneration will be paid in one time. Special statement: Our magazine has never authorized other websites to publish articles for fee. If you encounter this situation, please be alert to fake websites cheating.

2. Preparation before submission：First of all, please ensure that your manuscript is original and the content is in line with our publication scope, and please do not submit more than one manuscript. The editorial department will inform the author of the processing result within 3 months from the date of receipt of the manuscript. If no reply is given within 3 months, the author has the right to deal with the manuscript separately, provided that the editorial Department is notified.

3. Please go to "Author Center"→"Download Center"→download word template,latex template, confidential review form and copyright agreement  before submission.Make a preliminary arrangement according to the paper template to ensure standard writing and smooth reading. After completing the first draft, it is suggested to ask the tutor, co-author or colleagues around to review it. Please stamp the official seal of the confidential examination department or department of the first author. Copyright agreement, please each author handwritten signature, not for signing.

4. Submission page operation.Please register and log in on the website and operate according to the prompts on the page. In the stage of manuscript file uploading, please register and log in the author use area on the homepage of our Journal and submit your paper according to the prompts of the guided wizard. In addition to the electronic version of the article (.pdf or.doc format), please compress the Confidential Review Form and the scanned copy of the Copyright Agreement together and submit them together at the "Scanned Copy of the signed Copyright Agreement". If the submission is not complete, you can indicate the situation in the submission message, otherwise it will be rejected.

5. Innovation statement. Please fill in the introduction of innovation points according to the instructions on the front page of the paper template when submitting the paper, and explain the main innovation points of the paper succinctly, so as to facilitate the editors and reviewers to make a correct judgment on your work.

6. Peer review. Our journal adopts a double-blind peer review system during the external review stage. The specific review process is as follows:

1) Responsibilities of the editor: After submitting your article, the editor will evaluate whether your article is suitable for this publication: publication scope, similarity detection, confidentiality review, etc. If the manuscript is deemed appropriate, the editor will select a responsible editorial board for your article based on research interests and background. Otherwise, it will be repaired and resubmitted or rejected.

2) Responsibilities of reviewers: The responsible editorial board will further measure the quality and innovation of the articles, and appoint relevant external audit experts to review the articles after they are passed. When reviewers are invited to review articles, they are usually asked to comment on the following aspects:

• Scientific value and rigor

• Originality and importance

• Whether the structure is reasonably balanced

• The effectiveness of presentation of research work

• References

Reviewers provide supportive comments, and their comments usually go a long way to improving the quality of the article. Reviewers are usually anonymous.

3) Time for peer review:

This can range from a few days to a few months, depending on the reviewer's response time. You can visit our wechat official account, website, online tracking the progress of the article.

7. Modify and reply. As you revise your paper, you should respond to each reviewer's comments in detail. Even if you disagree with the reviewer or are unwilling to make certain changes, you should explain them in your response. This will help the reviewer or editor make the final decision on your article. Also provide a revised paper highlighting traces of change.

8. Appeal. Can I lodge a complaint if the article is rejected? Generally, journal editors will consider your appeal if you have a strong case and can scientifically refute the reasons for the original rejection. You may contact the journal editorial Department for further information.

9. Recruit, publish and generate proofs. Once accepted, the editor will accept the article and notify the author. During this period, the editor will read through the whole text, check the references, the English editor will proofread the English abstract, and then the editor will send you a pre-typesetting modification notice. You will make the final modification of the word version according to the requirements of the notice. After submitting the revised version and pictures, the article will enter the processing stage -- drawing and typesetting, and the initial proof will be sent to you for proofreading. If anything needs to be changed, you need to inform the responsible editor. Some of the problems you may encounter are: unintended changes in the meaning of sentences due to language polishing, misplacement of pictures in the text, misformatting of formulas, etc. Once you approve the proof of the article, the article will be assigned a doi number, published in the "priority publication" section, and given a web debut on CNKI, making the article accessible to readers before the author makes the final version available. Once an article is published online, it usually cannot be modified. Any changes must be made via a corrigendum, which is also posted separately on the web. So take the time to make sure your proofs look exactly the way you want them to look online before it's too late.

10. Manuscript collection and printing. After priority publication, your article will enter the status of pending publication. Once it is arranged on a certain issue, it will be selected by the responsible editor of the issue, the annual volume and page number will be arranged, and three proofreading will be carried out. The final proof will be asked for your confirmation again. Once confirmed, it will become the final published version, replacing the previous preferred published version, and printed on paper.

11. Promote your published work. After publication, the next important stage is to publicize your research: promote your article. Why is essay promotion important? Through promotion, the true value and impact of your articles can be greatly increased. The more readers who read and benefit from your article, the more your article's value will be realized and the more academic reputation you will gain as an author. We will do our best to promote the popularity of your articles, including reports, video summaries, highlights, conference promotion and email push on our website and wechat official account. Editors may contact you if they think your article will reach a wider audience and ask you to provide additional promotional materials to accompany the publication of your article or research.

However, due to the limited energy of the editorial department, not all articles can be fully valued, and the best person to promote the article is always the author himself. How to promote your own articles, there are many ways to avoid your articles being ignored. Here are some tips that work:

• Use your social network, blog, wechat moments, email and other channels to let colleagues and peers know that you have recently published an article;

• When speaking at an academic conference or seminar, be sure to mention your published paper;

• Place your articles in a prominent position on your department or research group website.

There is no universal standard for evaluating the success of an article, but usually one indicator is how often an article is downloaded or referenced. But in general, it takes time for the value of an article to be recognized. Just remember that a promoted article will reach more readers than an unpromoted article.
