Abstract

Novel tea beverages represent a new driving force for the integration and innovative development of the tea industry, serving as a key solution to the challenges in tea production, supply and marketing. This paper elaborates on the concept of novel tea beverages, introduces the development history of freshly-made tea drinks and their raw tea ingredients, analyzes the core categories of raw tea used in novel tea drinks, the current issues faced in raw material supply, and the future development trends. It also provides suggestions for the future innovative development of the raw industry for novel tea beverages.
