Abstract

Huiming tea is produced in Jingning She Autonomous County. In recent years, the tea industry scale has steadily expanded, production levels have improved, market outreach has increased, and digital empowerment has advanced, significantly contributing to local income growth and poverty alleviation. This article uses the SWOT analysis method to access the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats in the development of Huiming tea industry, and offers development suggestions in brand upgrading, quality improvement, scale expansion, capacity building, and market expansion.
