CHINA TEA PROCESSING (ISSN 2095-0306) was first published in 1981. It publishs papers in Chinese with English abstracts. It mainly publishes scientific and technological achievements related to tea as the research object, covering areas such as tea processing and equipment, preservation and storage, quality chemistry, quality standards, functional health care, resource utilization, business management, market circulation, cultural history, etc. It is a window for scientific and technological information exchange and a platform for academic achievement publication and practical new technology exchange among domestic and foreign tea industry peers.
