The authors agree to submit the paper for publication in the journal of Blast.

Once the paper is published in the journal, the authors agree to automatically transfer the copyright to the editorial office of Blast, including the rights to electronic publication, multimedia publication, online publication and other forms of publication.

Once the paper is published in the journal, the authors agree □ or disagree □ that the editorial office will translate the article into English for international dissemination.

The author solemnly promises that the paper is the original paper, that all or part of the content has never been published in any other publication in any form, that there is no problem of repeated submissions, that there is no plagiarism, no violation of laws and regulations and violations of the rights and interests of others. Once it is found that this paper involves the above issues, the editorial office has the right to reject the manuscript in order to maintain the scientific ethics and the normal publishing order. The editorial office has the right to make real-name notices criticizing the paper and the relevant author within a certain scope, and has the right to notify the relevant institutes to impose serious administrative penalties on the main authors.

This agreement automatically lapses once the paper does not meet the publication requirements of the journal and cannot be published in the journal.
