In this article, we first introduce the significance and process of revising the 2010 edition of “the Basic Requirements for Teaching of Physics Courses in Science and Engineering Universities”, and then we have interpreted the revised content of the 2023 edition of “the Basic Requirements for Teaching of Physics Courses in Science and Engineering Universities”.
